The Right Tool

We're ready for the Fourth of July! We hadn't put up a flag holder on our house yet because of the problem of drilling into brick. We found out via the internet that you use a hammer drill, so we hopped on over to Home Depot and picked one up! Sure, enough, it did the trick! Ed had no problem drilling the holes for the flag bracket with his new power tool!

On another happy internet note, Ed has spent the weekend researching air conditioner repairs, as ours wasn't working properly. After a couple of attempts he seems to have remedied the problem! (Keep your fingers crossed!) There were times I thought he should just call a repairman, but what would have been the fun in that? There is some satisfaction in a job well done by yourself!
