Only one of the orchards in our area had any peaches this year. Our late spring frost killed the majority of the peaches in Alpine. Mabel helped us pick out some peaches on Friday. Unfortunately, the nice round ones were already sold!
We got stuck with a half box of "donut" peaches! We thought they were the rejects, but apparently, it is a real variety! They are not quite ripe yet, so we'll have to wait to find out if they as sweet as "real" peaches!
Clementine didn't care, as she takes her peaches pureed!
In the evening the Pinyon Rats practiced. Mabel played rhythm with us. It was lots of fun!
