Cairo!

Yea! We made it to Cairo! Just in time for dinner at the very beautiful Sonesta hotel with Crystal!

It was fun meeting up with Crystal and finding out how much fun she had without us today! She had a private tour of Egyptian museum, as well as a visit to a papyrus factory and lunch on a boat on the Nile! She said she is glad to have some company tomorrow so she doesn't have to entertain the tour guide all by herself again!

Our flight from Dulles to Munich was more pleasurable because I talked Ed into buying us matching noise cancelling headphones. They were so quiet! I watched a movie, read a book, listened to music and just enjoyed not hearing the plane background noise!

By the time we arrived in Germany we were pretty tired, but we were unable to sleep at the airport despite having a five hour layover!

We fortified ourselves with a plate of schnitzel, because, after all, we were in Germany!

We can't wait to get up early tomorrow for our 7:30 a.m. flight to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings!
