A Taste of the Praire

We're going to Germany to pick Amanda up next week, and she asked us to bring a few Whistling Prairie CDs. Unfortunately, we didn't have more than a couple of leftover CDs from Christmas, so we decided to do a Best of Whistling Prairie Christmas CD. We got 25 of our favorite songs on it, making sure that it included the two German songs we've done.

This meant I had to do new cover art, which I thought turned out very nice.

But, even better than the cover art was the CD top! It took me quite a while to put this together, but after I finished I thought it looked like someone was looking down on us from atop a thick forest. The pictures were taken in the wooks behind our house.It was a fun (if not time-consuming) project. If you're curious which songs made the grade, I'll post a list on a new page. I'll try to add the songs on the page as soon as possible!
