We have a new project for One Source Contracting--a shed under the deck. We missed them last year, as we had nothing done to our house by them. The first two years were a new kitchen, deck and basement, along with an assortment of other jobs. So, it's just like old times having them back. They spent all day digging out the foundation yesterday. We'd like it to be level with the patio, so it is a pretty involved project that includes some retainer walls, drainage and a cement foundation. When it is finished we'll be able to park the lawnmowers, spreader, gorilla cart, wheelbarrow and snowblower, as well as our Christmas deer. We're pretty excited about our new space!
