Guitar Therapy

The Pinyon Rats practiced last night for the first time in 6 months! Between a broken wrist, cancer, a pregnancy, Christmas and a new baby, it's been a long time!

I played the guitar, and it felt good to make a somewhat anemic G chord finally! Most of the other basic chords were good, but an Fm might take a while!

Three months of Dobro lessons has paid off, and I played Dobro with "On the Banks of the Ohio."

We enjoyed trying to figure out our song arrangements from last year! Four sets of chicken scratching was just barely enough to piece our notes together!

We put Mabel to bed, and placed Clementine in a swing right in the room with the band.

Clementine seemed to enjoy the music. She got restless only when the music stopped! I call that a win!
