Ed and I took a long break from exercising in December. We're finally back at it. We've been walking on the surface streets, as there is so much snow in Lambert Park. The first day we did 3 miles and were VERY sore the next day!
We've been alternating with pickleball and realized it wasn't as easy as we thought figuring out how to put the net together! Pickleball also left us sore! But it a good way!
I got a new watch for Christmas. It lets you choose from about 100 workout activities, none of which is pickleball! You'd think there would have been room for that between paragliding and pilates!
