Look who got to ride in the Costco cart yesterday? Clementine with a bunch of clementines! It was fun having the grandkids over!
They had a great time on our swing set in the back yard! (So did I!)
Then we took Brittany and the girls on a trial run of the Alpine Nature Hike #2!
Our favorite flower was the soft and fuzzy red Indian Paintbrush!
Mabel is a bit obsessed with rocks. She kept picking them up and trying to carry them home. She especially liked sitting on this big one!
The path followed portions of Dry Creek, which is running high and wet now, with all the rain we've had!
In the evening the Pinyon Rats got together. We're going to get serious and book a gig this summer!
Happily, we have lots of songs to choose from, and just need to polish them up! Our big goal is to get off the page and memorize them!
