Ed has been in the hospital so much that he makes himself at home a little. He grabs the thermometer over my bed when he thinks I am starting to fever. If so, we call the nurse and act like we have no idea what my temperature is. Last night I didn't fever till 8 p.m. I thought we had made it one day without Fever!
Ed also is due for a haircut. He's been going to Judy's Exclusive Salon for 30 years now, and doesn't know where to go for his next trim.
My blood clot legs are gradually less painful. I'm shaky and weak, but walked 3 times yesterday. I'm also trying to sit in a chair as much as possible. I have chemo tomorrow, as part of day 11 of the Hypercvad regimen. It is called Vincristine. I think It sounds like an expensive French wine. Dr. Shami thinks it sounds more like a fancy perfume...
My WBC was 96, almost the same as yesterday. We're good with that! The docs think we're going in the right direction!
