My banjo teacher, Dave Bing, who also plays a mean fiddle, taught us three songs this week: Devil in a Woodpile, Gone Indian, and Santa Ana's Retreat. I can play two of them! I'll keep working on Santa Ana. Maybe I should take my banjo to the hospital today. Amanda's having some foot surgery, and I imagine we'll have plenty of downtime.Friday, July 16, 2010
