The Black Eyed Susans invited their families over to hear our Christmas program last night. What a great audience! They were insatiable, demanding an encore, which we were pleased to give them. We had some really great treats (food) afterwards, many of which ended up staying at our house after everyone left. Hooray for holiday weight gain!
Later, Kaylene asked Amanda to sing O Holy Night, which coincidentally, she had just sung for her ward Christmas party. Luckily, Brittany is home now, and was able to accompany her. It brought a tear to more than one eye!
I love the holidays!
