Amanda's culinary interests have certainly added a flair to our dining experience. Wednesday night we had Orange Chicken, my favorite so far. We've been using the herbs from our little indoor herb garden. Who knew that tarragon smells and tastes a little like anise?
I think this is the first time I have seen orange chicken made with fresh oranges.
