The Pearl Strings helped the Girl Scouts get their music badge yesterday. They made some shakers and tambourines while we set up for a mini-performance. We had our newest Pearl String, Reagan, on bass. It was my first time playing the hammered dulcimer in public, and June sang despite having a bad cold! Everything went just fine, considering!
It was so fun to be with the Girl Scouts again. It took me back to old times with my girls. The girls joined us on Day-O, shaking their eggs and singing along. Good times!
