Tulips on Cinco de Mayo

We had a fun weekend with the grandkids. Clementine really liked the new blanket and panda bear we got for when she sleeps over at our house!

She was not so thrilled with being forced to pose for pictures in a wooden shoe at the tulip festival!

It was a beautiful day at Thanksgiving Point. We took a family picture with the grandkids and both sets of granparents in the secret garden!

And because it was Cinco de Mayo we went out for Mexican at De La Rosa Mexican Grill in Provo. It's Brittany and John's current favorite Mexican food, and they're doing their best to keep it in business!

We finished off the day by watering 700 seedlings in Lambert Park. We're happy to report that thanks to the good citizens of Alpine, the seedlings are doing very well! This little serviceberry tree sprouted some leaves and is peaking out of it's basket!
