Nature Sistahs

Marilyn and I went hiking in Lambert Park with the hiking group this morning, but soon got left behind. We were hunting flowers and moving slower than the rest of them!

We found a bunch of new flowers and identified some old ones. She also spent the afternoon with me looking at our pictures and trying to find out exactly what we found. Here is a sampling of our findings!

Phacelia Tanacetofolia

Shortstyle Bluebells

White Tops
Dandelions

Yellow Salsify

False Solomon's Seal
Lanzwert Sweet Pea

Biscuitroot
Myrtle spurge (invasive species)
Box Elder Tree
Willow Tree
Woolly Milkvetch
Many Flower Stickseed
Two Lobed Speedwell
Wild Cherry
